Phantom Turtorial issue
Hey Basilers while i was making my phantom, i was stuck in the room where you begin, I chose skip the video and I was still stuck in the room. I remained in the room and couldnt move at all or go in any portals. I reloaded the client and watched the video and im still stuck in the throne room. Anyone else getting this? Ive been stuck in the room fo about 10 mins now, reloading the client doesnt work. Let me know if anyone else gets this and has solved the issue. I made this character right after the matienence. Thank You for reading!

Start another character, do the tutorial on it, then try going back to the first character and it might work
It happened before to me. A few patches back, don't worry, it'll get fixed.. I think
why dont you just try doing the tutorial so you dont get stuck?
it would save you more time than having to remake the same character
