Is it possible to trade the royal elven tiara with scissors of karma or platinum scissors? Or something else?

Drop it and pick it up before it disappears.
But seriously, no, there is no way to trade it form 1 account to another. When "Untradable" items can be traded, the description at the bottom will say "Use Scissors of Karma / Platinum Scissors of Karma to trade this item once" or w/e. If it doesn't say that, it means that item can only exist on the character it's on.
Sharing tags only allow you to transfer the items through your accounts. Its impossible to trade them no matter what you do.

no. No there isn't.
so there's no way to trade tiaras from 1 account to another?
Trading it requires the Sharing Name Tag Cash Shop item, which (I think) is not available yet.
