Non-competitive fun

What kind of fun is there to do in maple now that isn't competitive but allows you to get stronger and enjoy it? Every time i come back to play i can't find ways to have fun, but maybe someone else knows.

I'm a solo player due to my hiatuses (I can't stay around for more than a couple months at a time due to burnout) so I tend to run into the same problem. If there isn't an event going on where I can collect something (e.g. a medal, a chair), I'll explore new content maps/quest lines and/or make a routine for bosses I can solo. I also used to max out Lyka kills in the Dimensional Portal because 1. I'm weird and I actually try to level my traits and 2. I would farm Silent Crusade coins to try and scroll 7ATT lv. 40 shoulders for the ludicrous amount of characters I have in Bellocan that I cannot fund.

Your choices (for 'getting stronger') are really only:
- Quest lines/theme dungeons/collecting
- Party quests
- Bossing
- Evolution Lab
- Dimension Invasion
- Monster Park
- Professions (if you include DIY equipment as 'getting stronger')
- Grinding

I'd be doing all of that right now (minus PQs/MP // plus Zakum EoF farming [I like the jump quest]) had it not been for the 9th Anniversary events --> Coin Shop.
Evo Lab is consuming my frugal Maple life.
Monsteropoly is anti-fun. 83 games and not a single 1st.
Man, I thought my losing streak was bad.

Though I can't say that the RNG is that bad that you're still losing 83 games. You have to be doing something wrong still.

I'm looked for the same thing.
I ended up finding nothing and letting maple suck whats left of my pathetic social life.

Try lots of different classes? Just leveling up a new character can be fun because you can get stronger and see a lot of progress pretty quick~
Take your time on the lower levels because that's when everyone does pqs and quests so it's a bit more social.
