Looking for a New Game

Don't get me wrong, i love maple, but the way maple is set up it will either take $1000 to make a really great character or my whole summer grinding non stop. Now, i will play maple still, do my boss runs and my coin stuff each day, but when i have a lul period like right now (where i usually watch animes but ive run out of some at them moment, needing to start a new one) i want something i can jump on and have some fun with.

What i'm looking for

A fantasy MMORPG
Non Cash shop economy ran(but still includes buyable stuff to make game fun costumes etc)
less than a month of playing 8 hours a day to hit cap (i'm used to grinding i grind link skill characters to 120 in about a day and a half)
Fun End Game bosses
Hugely pvp oriented ( i need this, maple isn't doing it for me with the lack of pvp)
easy to fund classes
can be subscription based if need be
Cannot be WoW, FFARR,GW2, or LoL, or Diablo 3(i have D3 but it doesn't interest me much)
I want to avoid a game where people will instantly gib you if you haven't been playing for a year
bonus points if it is in closed or open beta

A lot of mmo's are pretty bad this year, you probably have to wait next year if you want something "good". In all honesty, if you really want to enjoy the experience of a game you'll need some friends. Since 80% of these games are extremely boring with out friends. Friends are what bring the true experience of an mmo (In my opinion).

3 steps, very easy!

Step 1: Locate Senpai

Step 2: Have him notice yew

Step 3: Cry because he didn't notice you

Ragnarok online. Can't boss or train without a Priest in the party (At higher levels). Have fun.

Seconding Vindictus, it's worth trying out at least. The gameplay is awesome.
I stopped playing around level 50 because I realized MMOs just aren't my thing anymore.

Secret world looks really great, But i would just play destiny instead. I found a revamped version of Dream of Mirror which just came out a monthish ago. I'm giving it a try for fun. just throw whatever my way.

You mentioned fantasy but you should check out the secret world by Funcom. It does have PVP and also dungeons which are pretty fun. Level system is great because there isn't one lol you just basically max out all weapons in game. Also economy is good and not pay to win, you will have to run dungeons / Pvp for your upgrades. I can give you a trial key of you are interested or you can find trial keys on its page from the steam app.

Mind if i ask if you're looking for a 3D or a 2D game? If its a 2D game you're after then I cant be of that much help

3D games that you might be interested are:
- Black Desert
- SkyForge
- Archeage
- Blade & Soul

I liked Vindictus a lot when I played it, but PVP is trash.

You should try tera, top tier graphics, best combat mechanics/pvp system. All end game gear you just craft and get it from bosses, end game bosses/ dungeon require skill rather than damage. Getting gear is fairly easy, as well as enchanting them.
If i hop on Vindictus right now, will i ever be relevant in pvp without spending $1000?
The PvP Arena opens up at level 40 (which doesn't take that long imo) and you can PvP in dungeons (it'll be called duels in dungeons).

The Arena isn't balanced whatsoever so some classes have an unfair advantage.

The Duels have a window where you can adjust criteria to make the fight balanced.

I'd recommend making a Karok or Hurk if you plan on primarily PvPing. I myself haven't played either class but I have been defeated by both classes numerous times in Arena. I tend to avoid them.

I'd recommend Vindictus as it more or less matches about everything you wanted in a new game and didn't match any game you counted out.

The only downsides are that it's another Nexon game (although there's less of a pay to win feel) and the servers are laggier than it used to be.
