My Twitch Stream

Hey, guys. I've recently been trying to make some money to save up for university in a few years, and one of the ways I've been trying to do this is by starting a Twitch stream. I need about 500 or more viewers/followers to apply for a partnership, so I'm not going to be making profit any time soon, but would anyone be down to maybe follow my stream and check it out once in awhile? I'm not streaming right now, though I stream quite often.

Thanks!

EDIT: I forgot to mention, I stream LoL.

Hey congratz on your stream!
If you want more viewers here's a tip: actually change the game category to League of Legends. You will appear on the league of legends list, and this is better because nobody looks at the category you have there.

good luck getting popular without connections/ being master tier / high diamond 1trick pony, it's near impossible

I would say only do this as a hobby rather then wanting to get "famous" or make cash. It's near impossible and you'd have to either be really lucky or stand out from the tons of streamers.
Like Oshawott said, get a part-time job somewhere where you can work maybe 5-10 hours a week and then just upload YouTube videos in your spare time. It's much easier to get a partnership with a hub channel on YouTube then it is for Twitch because their program is only offered through them.

Starting streaming/youtube with the goal of only making money is a terrible reason to do it. You're prob best just getting a part time job with that mentality..
Yeah, it is a South Park reference. I made sure to note it on my channel when I started.

I'm not sure if I fit into either of those three categories. Am I pretty much screwed?
You can always try to be one of the three.

ls that a south park reference?
And also above is correct, you pretty much have to stream cool stuff, be a really pro player, or have big boobies with a chest cam to get people to watch.

You need to be unique, high elo, or be a girl with a large chest if you want viewers.
