which potential is better?
just cubed and right now I have the decision to make my dragon khanjar either 40% boss + 9% att OR 18% luk + 9% dex. which one is better? I assume its the 40% boss and 9% att but im not totally sure.

That's not actually true. If you have 0% attack then getting 9% attack will be a 9% increase in your range no matter what your current attack total is. The damage increase from %attack is completely independent of how much flat attack you have.
