Just a quick question: Does it have any sort of c/d between activation? Is there anything like a hidden 10 second period in between possible drains?

it has 60 seconds cooldown
it percentage-ly activates . in rank S it will have 70% chance to activate 10% (if im not wrong) health recovery

Okay. Did you actually add your aran card to your active deck?
On my Mihile I manage to train without using potions, because whenever I'm starting to get low on HP (about once a minute) I suddenly recover a large portion just from attacking.
Unless Mihiles have some sort of passive drain or heal that I have never noticed?

It's passive and has a chance to proc.
how do you activate itt?
I thought it was 60s.

this helps me a lot when training mules
