Disappearing 2x Drop coupons

Hey all, I was curious as to if any of you were experiencing similar issues. I logged in yesterday (Saturday, 1/10/15,) for the Hot Day gift, which was 2x coupons. Literally right after I changed tabs upon receiving them, they all disappeared. I wasn't really upset by this as I worked yesterday, but TODAY, when I logged in to receive my Chair and hot day gift, I chose the 2x Drop coupons again in hopes of actually receiving them and being able to use them. I was wrong. The SAME EXACT THING happened. Greatly upsets me when things just disappear. I'm not going to even bother writing to Nexon because they wont do a darnn thing. Anyone else have this happen to them, to their misfortune?
