How do Hyper skill 20% damage skills work?

Are they additive or multiplicative?
If I had a skill that did 200%, would it do 220% or 240%?

You tell me.[/quote]

It's not that simple, if it is additive, then moves that hit multiple times have a higher advantage with that, let's say snipe does 4410% at max, compared to something like quad star doing 378% 4 times.

Meaning that snipe would be doing 4430% compared to 398%x4, a 60% difference from the hyper skill.

I need more solid reasoning than a plus symbol.

Gotcha, that makes it a lot better than I expected, thanks.

Neither, barring a few exceptions, it acts as a line of 20% Total Damage.
It IS multiplicative, but unless you have 0% total damage and boss damage (which I doubt), it's not a 1.2x multiplier.

So essentially:
Skill% *(1+total damage + boss damage)

I'm wondering this too. I was thinking like if you do 1m on that skill, you would do 1m2 for the 20%dmg added o.o I could be wrong
