Stop mouth breathing

It completely pulverizes your facial development. Your maxilla will recede. Your chin development will come to a grinding halt. Your eyes will become bagged due to lack of underlying bone support. You will look way lame. Wack. uncool even.

I couldn't mouth breathe for a day if I tried. It sucks when I get a cold and my nose dries out because I keep automatically breathing through it even though it hurts.
@ZedsDead: Eh all the lads on my rugby team are massive mouth breathers because of all the sport they do, they have just gottten used to constant mouth breathing and all of them have strong chins and jaws. Genetics plays a role in EVERYTHING in your body.
mouth breathing during sports =/= mouth breathing during sleeping/everyday life. Bolded part = duh.
I clamped my lips for 6 months straight when I was alone, now my chins girth is 500inches, thanks OP.

Although it does affect your body because of the lower oxygen intake, genetics play such a larger role in development
Good chin. Very robust. Admirable even. I'd even go as far as to say good.

Although this is actually one of those few things where genetics takes a lesser role. Lack of oxygen only plays a role in eye bags really. It's actually the pressure from the tongue on the palate that is responsible for stimulating maxillary growth. Proper chin development is attributed to alignment between the maxilla and mandible. Neither are possible with a big gaper between your lips.
I think we got this memo on here like a month ago. Regardless I have been trying to keep this up. Also what is a Chloe Grace Mortez?
It was only up for a half an hour or so because some mod got offended (their maxilla was receding.) I have alerted Mr. B of this issue so hopefully this time we can get some healthy awareness goin'.
What do you do if you're nose is clogged?
99% of the time it's dust or seasonal allergies, which are very treatable. You could also have a deviated/narrow septum or chronic sinusitis. Consult your doctor.
no wonder older ladies luk busted
Older ladies look busted due to age related osteoporosis and skin sagging which could've been prevented by taking Vitamin K2 and calcium supplements paired with estrogen replacement therapy post-menopause.
