Are Zeros affected by drop rate?
I mean this as in im trying to farm for illbies, will they not drop because im playing the zero? Or does it still drop?

I'm pretty sure if you haven't completed the storyline you won't get any drops besides the monster etc. drops in the Maple World.
Not sure what you're saying. Zeroes are affected by drop rate just like everyone else o.o
