How do I change the default path way?

Okay, so for some reason when I try to open MS through the website (The only way I can do it, Gamelauncher is messed up for me atm) it shows that my default gateway is from a v88 MS.. which my brother installed because he plays a Pizza Slice on my computer sometimes.

Now, when I try to start from the website, it tries to open from the v88 MS folder, instead of the original, non-pizza slice one.

Can anybody help?
Thanks~

Ah. Thanks guys. I think I'm just gonna re-download MS, since it doesn't take longer then 1hour to.

@riceypinoy Yeah, I removed the v.88 one from my C: drive, but when I try to open MS again via website, it just tells me to re-install it. So I'm re-installing right now. xD

sounds to me like you got both the v.88 nexon folder, and the current nexon folder lying around in your computer. If thats the case, than just move the v.88 nexon folder out of your C drive, and put in the current nexon folder.

back to your question, im talking about the v.88 folder, if that is in your C drive.

Even if you have two separate folders for the v.88 and current (which you can), you'll still connect to the v88 one, and if you delete it, well, nothing will happen o.o.

You're going to need to disable that other Local Area connection.
If your brother downloaded v.88 after you downloaded the currrent version, the v.88 version just overwrited the current version.assuming the pizza slice is in your C drive, i would do the following:

1)open up C drive
2)take the nexon folder, and shift that onto your desktop or where you wanna store it.
3)open up the ms website, and redownload the current maplestory.

Shoudl be good after that.
@Raiden Uhm, I disabled it, but when I try to open MS again, it still does the same thing, tries to open the v.88 one.

Wait so, move the v.88 one, or the original?
Uh what do you mean?

And what does the loopback adapter do? o_O
I edited it again. I don't know exactly what it does, but I imagine it's rerouting your maplestory to connect to theirs instead of the actual one.

There's another local connection in your network. Get rid of the PS one.

Start > Control Panel > Network & Sharing Center > There should be a connection called Local Area Connection 2, or whatever # it's supposed to be. Probably the higher #.
Click on view status, then disable it. If your Internet goes off, then you picked the wrong one.

I would either try re-downloading MS again or try disabling your loopback adapter
