Just got back to Maple after like 3 years..

Bossing: NightWalker, Wild Hunter, Bowmaster
Mobbing: Luminous, Demon Slayer
Very good at both: Night Lord, Zero
Dual blade with unlimited funding 50m hit with each phantom bl0w line
@pandasheepboy I would mention Mercedes too as I am currently maining one and the character class is excellent in terms of bossing (Ishtar's Ring) and mobbing (Spikes Royale, Lightning Edge, etc). People usually complain about the massive amount of funding that the character needs to be "good" but for casuals like me, I don't really care that much about funding. I just play to have fun and fund if I want.
cannoneers have so much potential for bossing (15 line) and great mobbing
pretty weak if you're not heavily funded
@zeurth: i believe so. only adventurer explorers share CS
Bossing: NW, WH, BM, Kaiser, Phantom, Mercedes (why hasn't anyone mentioned Mercedes?)
Mobbing: Lumi, Zero, Demon Slayer, Mercedes (if you combo right), NL (Showdown?), and BW.

Zero is only the best bosser when unfunded. When capping, they're pretty bad. Also, in the future they get nerfed.
OT: For bossing when capping:
(Highest to lowest top 4 hits per second WH > Kaiser > Bowmaster > Phantom
Mobbing:
-Lumi
-Demon slayer (with boundless rage)
-Cannoneer
-Phantom (With cannoneer attack)
Best 3 bossers atm have to be night walker, wild hunter, and zero. (Even tho they are to be nerfed in the future)
Off the top of my head, the best mobbers would have to be kanna and luminous
