Maple Warrior is not available from the mystery special mastery book.
Sounds like the phantom book not letting you choose impeccable memory IV </3

I bought 3 of them consecutively then tried to get the books and didnt work, but not seeing any post on basil about it at the time i didnt find it much of a bother because i knew someone would post this later. Anyways i know for sure it will be patched just like the last time it happened in the renegades patch. On the flip side of all this, you can buy more then 1 mystery special mastery book unlike in the last patches it used to be 1 per character. I am currently on 3 like i mentioned, i hope to buy more to save mesos!

That one doesnt matter, you can still get a free one from that quest. (lv.70 and acceptable at any time before the event period ends)
This book is from the tempest shop, and it is currently glitched.
