@zomgitbeandy Gyazo ONLY does screenshots, and those are safe. Like Pav said, the other site can host ANY kind of file, including executables containing malware. And people on Basilmarket HAVE been victimized by them, thus that site is blocked. As far as file extensions, not everyone is "computer savvy" enough to know the difference, and the dweebs doing the phishing are clever enough to make it tempting enough to "take a chance".
I don't know about Gyazo, but puush was filtered because it also featured a file-sharing service and people had been sending each other downloads containing viruses. I don't know about now. I only use it for snapshots.
