Did I miss something about Avoid?
I keep seeing people post about having max avoid, but the most avoid I've had is a little over 3k buffed. I know we have a 40% increase in avoid and a 50% chance to dodge an attack, but people make it seem like we have Dual Blade 70% chance to avoid a hit when in my experience, my Phantom's avoid is on par with my Shad's and neither of them are all that special.

You're confusing avoid and dodge rates I believe.
You need a lot of %luk to get a high avoid rate..
