How do you re-obtain the Pap medal now?
I dropped my Pap medal long time ago and I remember that in the past, you just needed to talk to those clown npcs to get it again. But when I tried doing that today, nothing would give me the medal and no quests either. How are we suppose to get the medal now?

oh nvm that, i was checking my quests and its different from before, now i get both medal and crack from one quest and its labeled as a star force quest, i think i can get it because i did ludibrium's star force quest chain out of boredom
