Sweet water equips
I have done all of the quests (I think) and I have talked to Pietreno and accepted his quest and now when I try to talk to him he doesnt say anything how do I upgrade my empress? I am a level 160.

@Zukimio Basically just keep trading and you'll get quests/complete them and places will unlock. I've almost unlocked the place the guy said that they voyage has the boss and I started yesterday. So it won't take too long but you only have 100 energy per day so be patient.

I have the exact same problem so i did some lurking around in the update notes :
-Transposition through Pietreno: Very low success rate. 10 Commerci Danaro per attempt. Limited to 10 attempts a day.
So i concluded that Pietreno NPC must be glitched. The only way right now to upgrade seems to be through voyages, unless that's glitched too :
-Alternatively you can perform a Transposition from an Upgrade Anvil, which is obtainable by defeating bosses through the Trade Voyage.

The bosses you encounter during Trade Voyages drop Sweet.water pieces. The Big Bosses not the Mini Rock bosses.
