You need to work on your head to neck connection. It looks like she's flat on one side. If you push the eyes and mouth a bit to the left and center the head more, it would look fine. Other than that, everything else looks good.

crapppppp it got accepted...... i made lots of mistakes. Here's the edited version : (http://tinypic.com/r/35aur9f/6 ). Mistake 1: I spelled Orchid's name wrong in English, Mistake 2: Not even sure i got the Korean.... Mistake 3: I forgot to get the English Maplestory Logo, Mistake 4: her eyes were left blue because i forgot to delete a layer, Mistake 5: the bunny clip was miscolored due to failed layering, And Mistake 6: the black wing logo somehow it turned pink.
SO CUTEE reminds me of an anime >w<
