How can I make myself sleep earlier I have school in about a week, I really need help adjusting my sleeping schedule again. o: Do you guys have any advice? :) I've been sleeping at 3 to 5 am every day now, it really sucks. :( My goal is to sleep at 12am or 1am at the latest. I try sleeping during that time, but it never works and I end up doing something else.
