Beast Tamer Animal Reset does anyone know why the Beast Tamer's can't get the Animal Reset scroll from the rewards? I know it's glitched but is there a way around it?

i was hacked back in october So back in october when everyone was getting hacked, i was an unfortunate victim and nexon still hasn't done anything about it! ive heard from other people that compensated them but i still haven't gotten anything! im tired of waiting and im getting pissed off! when will nexon learn that they need to treat there clients with better respect!
WTF Happened to nexon along time ago....when maple was young nexon was doing a good job, but now....now maple's filled with hackers bugs glitches you name it....WTF happened ever since the chaos patch maples gone down hill....and i mean DOWN HILL, not some wimpy hill but like a fricken mountain hill its that bad they keep saying there going to fix the glitches bugs and hacks but when they do, a worse hack comes and they just leave it and allow the economy to go all crazy COME ON NEXON DO YOUR JOB RIGHT
