What's your opinion on male ear piercings?
So, I'm planning on getting a piercing on my left ear lobe, because i think it's fashionable.
However, my parents think it's a sign of being rebellious and slacking off.
What are your views on ear piercings for guys?

depends on the person. i know of several guys who look great or good with ear piercings.

Although i like the look of diamond studs, i don't want to be stereotyped as a badass, so my second option would be a small silver hoop.

not for all of us, i for one mostly never change up my style, i just add to it, when skinnys were in i didnt switch to that, etc. im pretty sure ppl like me that are out to have their own style wont stop using them just because they die out lol.
It doesn't look good at all IMO.
There are very few guys I know who can pull it off.

I'm not trying to rebel, i just think earrings look nice.
Also, to those asking for pictures; I don't post my pictures up on public forums, but i can give you a vague description of me.
I have bangs to the left (eye level), side burns that level with the tip of my nose and my face is somewhat angular.

i think they mostly look bad, and a guy should at least get both pierced if he's going to even bother
They look good on some guys, except they're so common nowadays that it's not that cool anymore.
