WORKOUT backsquat HELP No matter where I place the bar on my back, it always feels uncomfortable wherever it rests. Is there something I'm missing? If the bar sits above my traps,(which it should) it still pinches against my spine. To compensate for this, I pinch my shoulder blades together. (It feels more comfortable, but uses lots of unnecessary energy.) Too low, and it just feels unstable. The only time I get into a comfortable situation is when my midline is held less than 45 degrees. (where my chest faces past the kness) Is there a way to fix this? Or do you usually get used to the pinching pain on your spine?

Brutal Initiation and Hazing Hazing:To initiate, as into a college fraternity, by exacting humiliating, strenuous, and dangerous performances from or playing rough practical jokes upon. To me I think this process is sickening. The worst part is that people i've known have gone through these types of processes just recently. 2 guys I know had to strip down naked, go on their knees blindfolded, and be forced to drink a whole jar of moonshine dry. Whatever they threw up had to be collected and swallowed again. Afterwards both were "aluba'ed" several times. (Btw they're still naked and covered in vomit) Although this may be nothing compared to other hazing stories, the reality to see young adults break down emotionally and cry is what
