After the winter update, demon avengers will not be limited to 500k hp, but again, it wasn't a real limitation in the first place.

Basically, on hats only, you can get a legendary line of potential of -1 or -2 second cooldown on all your skills. On the bonus potential, you can also get the same potential, but only with -1 second. Typically, it's practically impossible to get 2 lines of -2CD potential on the main pot, so you would stick with -3 CD hats. With violet cubes, the chance of getting 2 lines of -2CD is a lot higher, but still very unlikely to get. With -5 CD on DAs, they can use nether shield every 0.7-0.76 seconds when also considering the Mercedes card, which allows DAs to 40~ lines per second, which is as fast pretty much any class.

DAs dont require that much hp% to cap. PurgeTM does it with pretty much non godly gears.

Mercedes card applies after the flat reduction from potentials so it will be the 5% of 1 second, which is a pretty much negligible amount.

Anyways getting -5 sec isnt that hard as its possible to get the -1/-2 seconds cooldown reduction lines from additional potential as well, which stack but share the same limit. The problem is getting a -5 sec CD hat with %hp.

Welp, I have chance to ignore CD on my DA so it's semi-spammable. I should probably cube a hat as a double edged sword though
