What does the Blue Sparrow Perm Nx Item look like?
I am curious as to if this item is actually bird related, I happen to be a bird fanatic and would love to have a bird themed cover. Does anyone happened to know? Thank You so much for Your time!

It just depends on the type of weapon it's being equipped over. On a claw, the Hawk'll rest shoulder-side. Conversely, with a bow, it'll follow one's feet.

you might as well get the hunting hawk or w/e weapon

It looks something like a cane equipped and shows something like fireworks when you attack. I see no bird.
Do you mean Fly Blue Bird, the blue bird that's also a wep or the cape?

I don't think there's any NX weapon called Blue Sparrow; I believe you're mixing it up with Blue Swallow, which looks like gaudy trash and has nothing to do with birdies.
You might instead want to buy a Hunting Hawk weapon (they were available from Autumn boxes) and/or an Idol of the Birds cape (they are available from the current rotation of Premium boxes).
