i thought you can get it from empress.... well getting a loveless/empress equips is almost impossible... since its bera... everything thats good and cheap is rare... soooo i dont know what to do... anyone sellin in bera?
Because many people want/need one, and honestly only so many people can emp so many times a day, not to mention those who can emp are attempting to keep the prices up so they make more.

The only way to get the whip s through gachapon , because u cant get it from emp yet

Well xenon is a relative new class and also op a lot. Many just want to fund them as much they can.
