Any better way to get these two hairstyles?

I'm interested in getting one of these two hairstyles, but I guess hairstyle coupons got revamped a while back, and according to this (http://ayumilove.net/maplestory-hairstyles-face/), they're both available only from REG coupons now. (I think at least one of these styles used to be available from EXP coupons, but I'm not seeing those in CS anymore.)
Is there any weird, obscure way that I might get one of these two hairstyles without having to buy REG coupons?
(Something like that "Beauty or Beast" quest in Amoria, maybe?)
...Or does anybody have any info / possible info on an upcoming update to hair coupons?
(Are EXP coupons coming back in the future or something?)
I REEEEAAALLLYY don't want to bother with REG coupons... since it seems like I'd only have about a 1/10 chance of getting either of these. x_X

Try to go for the exp ones during black friday sales... so far they've always sold exp coupons half off during the time.

@9thwolf: They brought it back last spring with the Salon system intact. Everyone got Evan, Lilin, Dreamcatcher and other popular styles without worrying about losing their current appearance.
As far as I know, the event happens at least once a year.
@herroder: Ahh, do you mean those... coupons that totally randomized your appearance?
I know those were around about the time Zeroes were released...
Do you know if Nexon has brought back the coupons since then?
...I wonder if Nexon WOULD do that now that they've introduced that beauty parlor mechanic where you can just save hair/face styles. >_<
