it is truthfully a pretty good endgame mage pendant, you could always try to get another rising sun pendant, if that one turns out bad, fuse them?
:/ sucks if i had a mage i will be happy with this lol
the 0watk really drops the price as it cant be chaosed for watk any more, it will be less then a 22stat htp, so just use that as the basis for comparison
