Use them before the Ascension patch and you'll be okay.

no, the book only change when the skill is removed or moved to other job. Alchilles can be used after the patch by the pallys so the skill wont gonna change. Your only chance is max alchilles before the patch
Achilles stay for Pallys, so no the books will not dissapear. The skill on heros will turn into advanced final attack and dark impale for Drks. So people are buying Achilles 20, 30 so that their Drks and Heros can have AFA 20/30. You won't need to look for an AFA book or Dark Impale book. Which will be expensive.

I don't think so. However, DrKs who have already maxed out Achilles will have a maxed DI.
NO... they will stay as achiles books, pallys still have achiles after ascension
