why is my range so low?

I have 51% max hp with 47k hp fully buffed and 182 attack. why is my range only 13.2k at lvl 102?

1.3x multiplier has got to do with that.
%HP doesn't affect your DA's range.
Your current max hp does.
If you have more %HP, it implies that your max hp is higher and theoretically your range should be higher.

@Flamepc: Yes, but as I said, your current HP will always be your max hp when you're training.

That is a bit odd honestly...
My DA just hit lvl 100, and has 49% HP for 53k HP Buffed

And I have a 20k range still using lvl 60 beam sword (clean)

Not sure what my total attack is, but It's somewhere around 200 I believe

@Flamepc: The stat does increase your range. Your hp is increased but equipping something and auto upping your hp would be a workaround for having healing items in the game and make the class cheap and broken.

@hallrock: And I repeat, it's the amount of your HP that affects your range. "Therefore, the higher your max HP, the higher your range."
Say I have +100% Max HP and I'm sitting at 100k/100k HP with 100k range
I cube some stuff and now I have +134% Max HP, sitting at 100k/134k HP. Still with 100k range. It's only when I raise my HP to 100% aka 134k that my range increases. It's a part of DA's mechanics.
(Obviously those numbers aren't following the formula, but I used simple placeholders to fit.)
[CurrentHP / 9 + STR] * 1.3 * WA / 100
You just proved his point. He means just having +1% HP doesn't increase your range, unlike adding +1% Int. The HP amount is what directly affects range. %HP just increases that amount, which indirectly increases it.
Hi how you doin'.
Actually, % hp directly affects your range. Anybody playing a DA knows that you will almost always be at 100% hp due to your drain skills and overload. Therefore, the higher your max hp, the higher your range.
It does, you just have to heal for it to show.
It does, you just have to heal for it to show.

Your attack seems pretty low. Are you factoring in attack gained from Abyssal Connection as well? Or is this without your attack buff? Keep in mind that at 4th job, DA starts to scale particularly well with attack, given Overwhelming Power increases it by a %age. Not quite sure why your range would be that low, however.

1.Your level is too low. Get to at least 150 then you should see a huge increase.

2.Your weapon attack is too low to balance out with your current %HP total stat. If you had more attack then it would complement the amount of %HP you've got quite nicely.

Get more attack and level up

The more you lvl, the higher your range will be, even if your stats stay the same. A level 100 equipping an item with 3 attack will have a lower increase in range than the same equip being equipped onto a level 150.
