what if you don't have a nexon account and you decide to sue?
Not even considering the amount of legal fee's associated with taking Nexon to court, even mentioning it can be taken as a threat to the company and they can easily ban you. You won't win anyways as the product you actually purchased still works properly.
No since the ToS explicitly states taking legal action is a violation of your contract. In short the judge would probably throw the case out or you would lose due to the fact that you entered into an agreement, fully knowing its constraints and terms, and if he doesn't you will VERY likely lose.
I SERIOUSLY doubt they won't reschedule the miracle time by the way, I think some people are taking this a BIT far.

Yeah I'm pretty sure, you can get any company for false advertising.
