Trying to connect to maple

I havent been able to connect to maple for a few days and so i took some people advice on how to connect to maple.
I restarted the router/ unplugged it
cleared cache
called cable company
reset my IP address
tried to ping/traceroute nexon (pic above shows that i cant connect even trying to ping them)
all of these havent worked and I still cant get on, any ideas?

probably your firewall not having an exception
Given the website is not responsing according to your image, something is blocking you or your DNS setting is compromised somehow. Did you recently updated to a new firewall or installed a new software? If yes, checking if the site is blacklisted; If not, try running a decently strong ani-spyware/antimalwre package and see if anything is troubling your system. Also re-check your DNS setting - something may not be translating correctly with your existing DNS settings.
Not sure what issue you're having but:
-Run Maple in compatibility mode [I think Vista is the new requirement but should still work fine for XP]
-Run Maple as Administrator
