Keep the crit. Unless you can max it to 100% another way w/o inner (phantom link, bt link, maybe a bonus line on wpn/2ndary of crit along with att% or so)

It isn't precisely "necessary" for Xenons to have a % buff duration IA, but it makes your OOPArts cycle much more reasonable.

OOPArts lasts 30 seconds and costs 20 energy. If your cycle is moving properly, you will cast emergency resupply immediately after burning out your energy on a non-amaranth generator cast, leaving you with 10/20 energy. You then need at most 40 seconds to recharge that energy to 20 so you can recast. 40/30 = 33% buff duration required.

A level 200 Mechanic and empathy levels can make up for it. I have 20+7% buff duration and can just keep about 90% uptime, I try to spend the last 10% for rebuffing/switching decents/recasting hypogram.

Xenons are actually short on % crit, you won't naturally reach 100%. Most Xenons sit at about 80-90% after dSE+links, so you're going to need either a crit ring, potentials, or IA to make up the difference to 100. Personally, I would keep the crit rate for now while stocking up on honor exp, up to 800k or so should be good. When you finally manage to reach 115%+ crit, either through bonus/weapon potentials or a crit ring/link skills, then you can safely reset your IA to aim for % buff duration.

Get atk speed

I honestly wouldn't worry about having crit% in Inner, I have 100% crit rate without a crit line in my IA. Granted I do have the BT link skill which helps me with 7% crit rate.. But do take advantage of the Resistance revamp, they give a 15% crit rate ring at level 130. Other than that just go for the Phantom link skill(another 15% at level2).
Later on you get the Hyper Crit rate anyway, so that's an additional 10%.
So, in conclusion; 5% base crit, 15% ring, 15%+7% link, 40% Perspective Shift, 10% dSE, 10% Hyper Crit. All these stack up to 102% without that crit line. So my suggestion is that you stack up on Honor EXP and wait until you get the Hyper Critical to reset it for Buff Duration, and if you're lucky enough get it to Legendary Inner Ability.

I personally would keep the crit. While buff duration is definitely nice on Xenon, that extra crit rate (especially being below 100%) is very useful. To get the most bang for your buck, I'd try to max your min/max crit damage now. Your DPM will increase a lot.
