How do you get 100% crit?
is there any specific way to do this without the roll of dice skill?

I have, like, 95% without buffs (granted, I get an extra 5% from my cruel ring. The 20% Min Crit easily makes up for it, though).
Just grab all your link skills and dSE. Should net you around 90%~ if you're too lazy to go all the way.
Inner abilty, pot, skills, nebs, and potions (If they exist)
That's pretty much it...

^Phantom Level 3 Link Skill is 20%.

10% from hyper
20% phantom link link level 3
5% marksman character card at level 200
10% beast tamer link level 3
You have a base crit rate of 55% so the above should net you 100% passive.
