I got ip banned and haven't been allowed to make a new account for 2 years because of it...all because I made over 150 new accounts in under 30 days. Most were subsequently banned.

@ArchM0onL There's NOTHING in the Nexon Terms of Use that prohibits having more than one account.

One time when this question came up I filed a ticket on the Maplestory site and ASKED Nexon about it.
The GM who replied said that they don't care if you make multiple accounts [i]AS LONG AS YOU DON'T USE THEM TO EXPLOIT THE GAME[/i].

So no, having multiple accounts won't get you banned.
But yes, making 10 multiple accounts to exploit the event might.

Yes, you can get banned for it. Also by you spreading the word like this may lead Nexon in taking away that event all together or nerfing the event some way for others to enjoy it. Up to you what you want to do with your account but just weary you're taking a risk in losing everything.
