Is this a good build?
The build;
Case: Corsair obsidian 750d (i need a big case so i can improve the build later)
Motherboard: MSI z97-g45 1150 intel 6gb/s
Cpu: i7 4770k 3.5ghz
Gpu: MSI geforce gtx 770 2gb
Ram: 16gb Corsair vengeance
Hdd: 1TB
PSU: corsair 750w bronze
Watercool 4 cpu: corsair h100i
Ssd: 120gb
On amazon.ca and newegg.ca it adds up to $1,620. Is there anything i could improve on (obviously not like buy a titanic z etc) while staying around 1.7k. Is motherboard good? If there is a better motherboard for the same price or even a little more $, Im willing to invest more. Trying to play games like cs go, ca and b4

i7 has HT, 8 cores(?) vs 4 non HT for i5. i7 if you want to stream and play games simultaneously, and multiple applications running.
i read i7 runs hotter though, but the i7-4790k is coming out, and i5-4690k. i would get an i7-4790k because it suppose to run cooler but haven't read reviews idk.
i would get a bigger SSD, the prices seem to be dropping. you can get a 250gb for like 130-ish.
i have h100i and it doesn't run as cool as i thought it would, then again i'm in FL so its hot as hell here. its a pain to install in an mini-itx case but it's very quiet.
Do you plan on overclocking your CPU? If not you don't need the unlocked version. Also, why are you getting an i7? For gaming purposes an i5 will pretty much perform the same. And 16GB of RAM is a bit overkill, 8GB should be fine.
Since we're helping this guy anyone also want to help me?
I've got a dual Xeon motherboard right now with only one CPU used. Is it worth it to slot a second one in, will it result in at least 65% more performance or should I just save the money? (Xeon's are not cheap) Also another two questions, can you also go dual i7s or is the dual CPU thing Xeon exclusive? Third, is the Xeon e5 2637 overclockable? I'm weighing it out, I'm thinking of full time turbo boosting it but wondering if it'll OC.
What are you doing with this build? Gaming, video editing, etc?
Here is the build: I added a CPU cooler instead of a water cooler as the above guy said

You don't need watercooling. I personally think a good heatsink and fan does better than watercooling and quieter.
I am not a fan of MSI since I don't trust their products. I'm not trying to talk you out of not getting the Z97. The build looks top notch. If you want to organize this go on PCPartPicker and make the exact same build on there. When you're done it will tell you some combos or deals to go along with your build.
And because I don't have anything to do I will put this build into a PPP list.
tech savvy huh? I can't help but i hope you get the info you need.
