A lot of cubes.
I'm talking about the hundreds here, possibly a thousand if the player has a ton of $$/NX for cubing.
I usually settle for two line of primary stat %/all stat % on armors and accessories,
and a combination of % ATT/Boss damage/Ignore DEF on weapons, secondaries, and emblems.

its very rare. took me like 15 cubes for 2 lines of boss damage.

To correct you, Potential Lock only works on Miracle Cubes. Both of them have retied from Cash Shop.

I think. THINK. Don't quote me on this, but there used to be a CS item called Potential Lock, which would lock one of your potential lines for cubing. But that's long gone now, so nowadays, all those items are probably just blessings from RNGesus.

It's luck based.. Spend couple of hundred bucks or thousands.
