To upgrade your ship, go to the equipment page and there's a button that says VESSEL on the bottom right hand corner.

after like 5 days of sailing my boat is almost lvl 4

You need to sail like 3 months straight to get to the level 10 boat which has more storage. Don't even worry about that.

I meant how do you upgrade your ship.

you have to have the claw completely scrolled and you might need 1 star on it^

@UAPaladin: It turns out you don't "upgrade" a Lv. 140-150 equip to the Sweetvvater. Rather, you just transfer the stats to it. So you must have, lets say, a Empress Claw [b]and[/b] the Sweetvvater Claw to use the Transposition system. However, this is only speculation because the NPC seems to be down.
