Dangers of alchohol?

My uncle made some whine for my family last week, and my cousin let me try it last night. I know it's illegal to drink if I'm under 21, but the whine was really good.. it gave me a feeling I'd never felt before. I was just wondering if there could be any potential harm to my health if I drank a little, maybe half a cup every day or two. I can't drive, so drunk driving is outta the question.

"maybe half a cup every day or two"

Thats another way to die..
It feels good, I know.
I try sometimes alcohol with my family
But the need for it will go in a few days, and all will be normal..
There are recognized health benefits to drinking red wine in moderation (some posters in this section will undoubtedly be unable to distinguish this from the destructive practice of binge drinking) and depending on where you live, it may be perfectly legal to drink under your parents' authority.
the thing is, they don't know i've been sneaking myself a little everyday

If you only drank a cup or two AND STOP. Then you'll probably be fine, I can't say. Most likely though you'll be okay.

Red Wine is actually good for your heart, so at least you won't have a heart attack!

Alcohol effects your brain if you drink on a young age. But when you drink 1 glass of wine once or twice a day when you are 16, you don't have to be scared. But if you drink yourself drunk or even drink yourself in a coma (it happens in my country alot lol), then your brains are truly damaged.

I read in a lot of articles that you shouldn't consume alcohol regularly if you're a teen because it kind of stunts the development of this part of your brain responsible for memorizing things and learning.

I think that you're going to be fine, though. Consuming alcohol isn't that big of a deal.
Alcohol can kill you. It's very hard to overdose on heroin. If you drink too much in one night, you WILL die or you can possibly do something that can lead to your death.
You probably will knock yourself out before you die if you're just drinking wine/beer. The only way to kill yourself by overdose is taking an excessive amount of hard spirits which I doubt the threadstarter is looking to do.
I just about refuse to believe that alcohol is far more destructive than heroin/cocaine.
It's social impacts are clear, but there's no way average consumption of alcohol can cause as much long-term harm as something addictive and lifebreaking as heroin.
Alcohol can kill you. It's very hard to overdose on heroin. If you drink too much in one night, you WILL die or you can possibly do something that can lead to your death.

Red wine could actually be healthy for you in moderation. Alcohol is fine as long as you don't drink more than you can handle.

depends on what kind of wine. For example, red wine is suppose to be good for your heart.
Yeah, the media blows it all out of proportion.
I've been drinking about 4 standard drinks a day; and i haven't been in a car crash after those yet, either.
I accidentally clipped someone once, but he shouldn't have been crossing the road, so i just kept driving.
