@bigbater: atm my secondary is 9% att 12% critical 6% all stats and I have no main weapon yet.
@pinyin: youtube cube stats reboot. There's a very nice video showing the statistics of about 200b worth of cubes. And approx how much you spend tiering up. R->e Mc is best. E->u black is best. U->L red is best. 75m 250m, 450m, in that order.

Recube only if you have nothing else to improve, 21%att is decent. I'm having a hard time with tier ups, I have wasted over the 1b on blqck cubes this week and none worked

Short answer: Yes, recube. The only stat that matters is 36% ATT. Anything less than that will not suffice.
