A reinforced gollux pendant completely outclasses the dominator pendant, it is less then 50m and not to mention the set effect. The dominator pendant is not even worth the PSOK imo.

@awesomeness9 It would cost you more to make it considering the items you need. Not really worth it IMO. Better to just make it and preserve it for rare keeps.
I've seen Dominator Pendants unsold for 400m Broa prices.

What would it sell for?

Yeah. But usually they give time for the item to go at least a little bit main stream like Empress, RA, and Tyrants. It seemed like it was mostly just hackers who had the pendent.
