Hot time level requirement
What's the hot time level requirement? Is lv 13,33,80 or some other level? There are many different answers when I google this question.

Just get to level 33 and you should be fine
for all your mules it's 33+
So will I be able to get all the rewards as long as my character is lv 33 or above?
Generally for compensation and etc it's lv 33 to actually open it, but you can receive the item at different levels.
