Are Onyx Jaguars still available?
Title I know there was an event long ago that required you to be lv.200, but can you get this in any other way such as the habitat? Someone claimed to have seen one in there but no confirmation

To my knowledge, besides events, the Onyx jaguar is unobtainable via habitat.
The Onyx Jaguar was given out to Wild Hunters who reach level 200 during the Resistance Revamp between March 13, 2015 - April 7, 2015.
As far as I know, there are currently no other ways to obtain an Onyx Jaguar.
The Onyx Jaguars have also been available via a Mount Hot Time Event.
The last Hot Time Event for a Mount Coupon was on March 9.
To this point I have never seen a confirmation of anyone getting an Onyx Jaguar from the Habitat.
