I remember my dad saying around the lines "If you ever feel like sighing, moaning, or yawning just think of hot women to keep yourself awake."

While admittedly it works, I make this incredibly derpy smile, that my sister hates cause she thinks I'm not picturing her in my mind for some stupid reason; slapping me in the back of the head.

When I get sad, I stop being sad and be awesome instead. True story.

sometimes i get sad but then i realize that being sad isn't going to solve anything and it just makes my friends and the people around me feel sad too so i just continue on with my life. it's normal to feel sad but once it starts affecting your productivity and starts creeping into your daily life, then it becomes a problem, hence depression
