It is a toss-up between:
- Black swordsman (15w/m.atk, 15all stats, 15jump/speed)
- Beater Medal (28w/m.atk, 20all stats)
- Chaos Root Abyss conquerer(3w/m.atk, 8all stats, 5% boss, 5% PDR)
- Monster park Extreme Meadal(7at w/m.atk, 7 all stats, 10% PDR)

Beater
Chaos Root Abyss
Monster Park Extreme
Black Swordsman
But since most people don't have beater, I guess Chaos Root Abyss will be the medal most people go for.

I forgot the cyngus medal. It gives Savior of the Empress: Untradeable, STR/DEX/INT/LUK: +5, Weapon ATT/Magic ATT: +2, MaxHP/MaxMP: +300, Ignore DEF: +5%

The best free medals and the only one available right now is the Antellion guardian medal.
Root Abyss conqueror isn't a medal, it's a title. Also Antellion Guardian and Future Warrior have 8 atk/matk and 15 all, making them better than the Monster Park Extreme. Finally, you forgot about No Place Like Home, which is 10 atk/matk 10 all stats.

It's not really a toss up, the only way the list changes is if you have absoulte garbage for PDR, in which case the MPE medal is better than the Cvell Medal.
