As the title says - I've uploaded a new picture manually and it's currently awaiting approval. Does this usually take longer than a few days?

@benevolentia: yea 96x96 and i'm assuming its transparent because even the program i used said the background is transparent, i followed this youtube video lol and did the same thing with layering it over the base character
@chopin Good luck. Is it the right dimensions and transparent? I even aligned mine perfectly in the middle by layering it on top of the default grey blob one
@benevolentia: ok i got rejected twice for png so for the third time i sent gif if that still don't work then i give up lol
that would be great, that the process will speed up because mine got rejected hahh

@benevolentia: Mr. B took a couple of weeks off, things should be moving a bit faster now. And yeah, sometimes with the process there are a few mishaps. If submitting it as a .gif still doesn't work, contact B directly at contact at basilmarket.com
Thanks @beefly - I have resubmitted in .gif and am awaiting approval. I'm just unsure if format will make a difference since it does state .png is fine as well

It's not, it's in .png format.
@benevolentia: It looks like it's in .jpg format thing, it needs to be either .png or .gif.
Got it - thanks. I've just returned to Basil after a long break, so this process is completely new to me.
On another note - my image was rejected due to "obviously edited or no pic". Can someone advise why? The Nexon ranking images are broken so I replicated my character using maplesimulator. It's exact, 96x96, transparent background. Not sure how to alter this to have it approved: http://oi67.tinypic.com/2lcp4cw.png

Yes, it can take as long as a week, dood. Usually at the same time when Mr. B accepts screenshots/art.
