Why are marksman on the bottom of most dps charrts suddenly?

Even though I don't really think much of damage charts, I'd say its because they can use equilibrium every 30 seconds in KMS.

Its because theyre using piercing arrow in that chart. But I hate to tell you, even with snipe they're probably still between 15-20

That chart is for KMST, not kms, and its wrong btw, its not a very accurate one, its missing alot of other variables for classes
