When I see solo crap I'm really thinking:

If people weren't controlling with their hands up their arse while driving drunk on the highway at night AND playing maple at the same time, they could attack empress all the time instead of retreating whenever she's not binded. Meaning that it'd take much less dps to actually kill her.

If you wanted to use a bind technique why not have unlimited binds? You have a kanna and a Pali just bring a Xenon as an attacker then plan out the binds o-o (tell me if i am missing something)

I find it odd to have everyone die and resurrect at the beginning. On top of that, as safe of a procedure of attacking only during the bind is, not everyone is going to have the DPS to only attack during the bind (not to mention finding the actual binders needed). It's not all that difficult to dodge the purple genesis considering it generally hits if you're not paying close attention. There are some cases where there is bad luck in being caught by it but we could argue on that tirelessly.
Damage reflect should not be a major problem either as you can simply call out the time that everyone should stop attacking (I usually call the two seconds digits after DR comes off as the safe stop point). Shinsoo is also a problem if your party doesn't have the DPS so it's not really as easy as "killing it asap." Sometimes I have to use my bind on Shinsoo instead to give me and my party twenty seconds of window time without its interference (and time to eliminate it before a heal or shell).
Your method is an interesting take and is very safe. While you're not spending NX on wheels and such, I get the feeling you cut a little too close on time considering the DPS your party was dishing out barely made up for the inefficient idle periods.
Even if we follow your amazing idea and dumb down empress to this... there's a few problems.
1-Why do you die immediately at the beginning... Soul stone will stay here for 5min regardless if you die right away or if you attack while you can.
2-After luring empress right, why can't the attacker hit her for as long as their soul stone is still on...
3-Why don't you just learn to dodge and count DR?

When I go empress I bring unfunded friends along with bishop(s) to ressurect them if they die. If despite that they can't make it well it's too bad for them, they don't get drops.
I will never understand why videos with cursing in them are approved and fp'd, but you cant type them

Yup! However, it becomes chaotic when you have 6 people running around with mobs and shinsoo. Someone is bound to die
