After submitting a ticket, I got a response by a GM in 2 minutes!

I'm sorry to hear that you're character is stuck in El Nath. I know how frustrating this is since I'm a gamer too.
We are aware of this issue and our team is working for a solution. Please make sure you are logged off since we will try to move your character out of El Nath. Give it 15-20 minutes to log back into the game. Make sure to avoid the map until further announcements.

@ZeroSuited: I sent in a ticket, and the GM saidd that he will move my character. I'm headed to work so I can't check on it, but they are at least on top of this problem

They did. But for new BT it doesn't work since the snail pet you get cannot be moved to the cash inventory. Same thing with any burning characters you have.
