so my brother got wrongly banned. permabanned. bangbanned
Today he tried to log onto his account, but it said "already logged in"
being the awesome, helpful brother I am, I came up with the idea of tracking all his characters.
After a long time of remembering them ALL, we tracked his blaze wizard in golden temple guard room 1 (or something among those lines.)
I was able to get my alliance member to go in and see what the fruck was happening, and he was botting picking mesos and stuff. We told him to report him.. which we regretted to do.
after about two hours, I try tracking the blaze wizard, and he's gone! yippeee! So my brother rushed to log in, but then...
PERRRMAAA BANNNEEEDDDDDDDDD
Both of us have NEVER hacked or used bots or anything like that, yet because of this one (?) time he got perma'd to the face. Also, a few weeks ago he was hacked of his 50ish mil and evolving rings.
Is there any hope left? He sent a ticket already

You do realize that if the account was made using a legit email, he could have just reset it and dc the botter?
If he was hacked a few weeks ago and hacked again, that means your computer has a keylogger. Clean up your computer immediately if you don't want to be hacked a 3rd time.
Trust me your not getting it back. Nexon does absolutely nothing about perma bans. I got perm banned because i was at LHC with a party. Hacker entered my map and a GM unhid himself and banned every1 in the map... Life's unfair

btw this is not wrongly banned, it is a ban because of hacking, yes it wasnt him but he did do that, gl convincing nexon it wasnt him

This is nexon here. I've reported the same hacker every day for weeks on multiple occasions and still seen them a month later.

Like quantum said, what did you expect by reporting? The exact same thing happened to my friends account and instead of stupidly reporting it.. while the hacker was still on i changed his password, email, and gave him security questions.. Now he still has his account and got 25mill from the hackers botting.
Submit a ticket and explain to Nexon that your bro's account got hacked and the hacker used the account to bot.
